The Orange County Chapter Dinner Meeting starts at 5 pm with a social hour followed by a buffet dinner.  After dinner, Todd Erickson, S.E. of ABS Consulting Engineers will present the program on the Design of Base-Isolated Concrete Semiconductor Facility Subject to Earthquake, Typhoon and Volcanic Ash Fall Criteria.
