The Tri-Counties Chapter Meeting consists of two events for which you may register: (1) the Practical Design & Detailing Seminar which is three 60-minute seminars including dinner.  It starts at 3:30 p.m. for two of the seminar topics; followed a break at 5 p.m. for a social/networking hour; followed by dinner at 6 p.m.; followed by the third seminar topic at 7 p.m.; or (2) just the dinner and the third seminar topic at 7 p.m. 

Topics: International Building Code (IBC) 2006 by S.K. Ghosh, Ph.D. and Susan Dowty, S.E. of S.K. Ghosh and Associates, Skokie, IL.  They will speak on the subject for the entire afternoon and dinner sessions of the seminar.
