| S.B. Barnes Research Award (Established 1983): | | This award is given, when appropriate, to commemorate a member or members of SEAOSC for the application of structural engineering through creativity by concepts research, testing or construction techniques relating to structural design and rehabilitation and beneficial to the members of the Association. |
