SEAOSC "Live" Webinar PDH Certificate Application

Prior to filling out the PDH certificate application, make sure you have reviewed and understand the link below that discusses state licensing agency restrictions regarding acceptance of SEAOSC "live" webinars and PDH certificates.

Note:	Engineers renewing their licenses are responsible to know the continuing education (C.E.) requirements of the state agency they are applying to and determining in advance if the SEAOSC "live" webinar's content meets that states particular C.E. guideline requirements.  SEAOSC is not responsible for mistakenly purchased PDH certificates.
Reminder:	PDH certificates can only be filed for after the "live" webinar presentation has ended.

How To Obtain a PDH Certificate:

1.	Select the appropriate "live" webinar title listed below and continue to the next page.
2.	Fill-in the required application information and electronically agree to the PDH policy statements.
	a)	A Type I  or Type II certificate will be issued based upon the information you enter compared with eligibilty information stored in the SEAOSC data base.
	b)	The price of the Type I certificate is discounted in recognition of the individual having previously purchased the "live" webinar.
3.	Pay the filing fee

Documentation You Will Need Before Starting: 

1.	A copy of the "SEAOSC Webinar Order" purchase receipt that you want a PDH certificate for.
	a)  This receipt was e-mailed to the purchaser of the webinar
2.	The "First and Last Name" as shown on the individuals credit card that was used to purchase the "live" webinar that you viewed and are now filing for a PDH certificate (make sure you have the correct name spelling).

Note:

If you only viewed the "live" webinar, but did not purchase the live webinar, you can still file for PDH certificates which are acceptable by most state agencies.  Information regarding just viewing webinars and about Type I and Type II PDH certificates can be found using this link: PDH Certificates

Step 1:  Select Name of Live Webinar that you want a PDH certificate for * (if no webinars are listed, either the webinar has not been presented or it's been longer than 48 hours since the live webinar was presented and PDH certificates are no longer available for that live webinar)
