rt Fischer is the CEO and founder of Kurt Fischer Structural Engineering since its creation in 2013. Prior KFSE Mr. Fischer was Project Manager at Nabih Youssef Associates. Over the last two decades Mr. Fischer has been involved with the structural design of a wide variety of projects, including high-rise, residential, commercial, educational, hospitality, stadium, institutional, and seismic retrofit work with some of the most recognizable architectural firms in the world.

Why did you join SEAOSC?
I joined the Structural Engineers Association of California (SEAOC) to be part of a community dedicated to advancing our profession and improving public safety through better structural engineering. SEAOC provides a platform to stay connected with the latest technical developments, share knowledge, and collaborate with other engineers facing similar challenges across the state.
How did you hear about SEAOSC?
When I was at school at UCSD.
