Cairo Briceño is a Supervising Structural Engineer with more than 20 years of civil and structural engineering and seismic evaluation, including healthcare facilities, environmental water structures, commercial structures, and institutional buildings. Experience with concrete, steel, masonry, wood and composites. He has supervised project from schematic design, design development, and preparing contract documents including project drawings and specifications. He is a registered civil and structural engineer in the state of California. He also has extensive experience with California Building Codes and Standards, ASCE 7, ASCE 41 and UFC codes for structural design and seismic evaluation of structures. He has a master in structural engineer from Technische Hochschule Darmstadt, Germany. He participates in the development of California Existing Building code and more recently in development of ASCE 7-
